We open with an aerial shot of a small settlement in intensely dense forest, WILDEDGE. There is about a fifty meter space between the buildings and the forest where no trees grow. The settlement hosts about ten buildings, ranging in size from a long house to a tavern and several small cabins, and several people can be seen milling about. The camera zooms into what appears to be the local market, near the center of the small hamlet. One of the stalls is manned by a man with dark blue hair, with light blue eyes and dark skin, and is wearing an incredibly loose blue vest and is held together by a flowing blue belt. He wears a dark blue fabric over his shoulders that ends in yellow knots, and wears baggy blue pants that reach down to just above his feet, which are covered in sandals. His name is GENTIAN AL’RAIE, and he appears to be both bored and disinterested with his job.
CUSTOMER:
Would you mind telling me why I have to pay this much for a heater?

Gentian sighs, completely disinterested, as he reads a copy of WEAPONS magazine.
GENTIAN:
Because I only have one left, and it could take a year to get another one.
CUSTOMER:
Could you actually pay attention to me?
GENTIAN:
Yes. But as you can see, I don’t actually like this job.

The camera switches to a view of the WILDEDGE from inside the trees, but a black clad creature blocks out the view. The camera cuts to a view of the trees from the forest, and many BEOWOLVES can be seen just outside of the flat area. Suddenly, they charge, revealing what seems to be an overwhelming number of GRIMM. In the village, a horn sounds, and literally everyone drops whatever they are doing to prepare for battle. Upon hearing the horn, GENTIAN perks up.
GENTIAN:
Yeah, now we’re talking! A fight!

After about a second of confusion, a man with a Tabaco pipe in his mouth who appears to be leader barks out some orders, and then leads the multicolor crew of HUNTERs to face the Grimm in the field. The two sides clash, as both man and monster fight for their lives.
The camera pans back to WILDEDGE, and there remains GENTIAN, who is the single vanguard in the entire battle
GENTIAN (frustrated):
“Of course they leave me behind to guard shop, I swear…”

His thoughts are cut short as he hears a growling behind him. He turns and aims his weapon, a shotgun with a wicked blade attached beneath the pump, as half a dozen BEOWOLVES have flanked the main battle to attack from behind, led by the ALPHA WOLF, a huge beowolf, far larger than any of its companions, with spikes sprouting from all over its back. GENTIAN smiles, aims his shotgun at the nearest one, and fires twice, killing the beast. Two of the BEOWOVLES charge, and GENTIAN pulls back on the shotgun’s grip, causing it to transform into the curved blade of a scimitar, with a curved barrel from which shotgun shells can be fired. He gets into stance, holding the scimitar with both hands in front of him, bracing for battle.
GENTIAN:
Finally some action!

The BEOWOLVES are on top of him within seconds, claws drawn for the kill. The first beast swipes at GENTIAN, but he slides under the extended arm, slicing the BEOWOLF’s leg with his weapon as he moves by. The BEOWOLF collapses in pain as GENTIAN gets back up on his feet, and he raises the scimitar back, with the tip of the blade barely an inch from the BEOWOLF behind him. He pulls the trigger located just beneath the sword’s guard, firing a shotgun shell into the wounded BEOWOLF behind him, while the recoil from the shot propels the scimitar ahead, slicing clean through a charging BEOWOLF’s torso.
GENTIAN:
Come on, then!

The ALPHA WOLF howls, and his pack members charge GENTIAN, as he switches his weapon back into a shotgun. He fires at the onslaught of GRIMM, but they prove to be out of his range. By the time the first BEOWOLF reaches him, he is reloading. The beast swipes at him, and he ducks, stabbing the pump’s blade into the BEOWOLF’s chest, killing it. The shotgun transforms back into a scimitar, just in time to block another beast’s strike, which is so brutal it forces GENTIAN onto his knees. He sliced through the BEOWOLF, his sword propelled by the shotgun component’s recoil. He sliced off the final beast’s head, and began reloading shells into the hilt of his sword as he faced the ALPHA WOLF.
GENTIAN:
Well, it looks like it’s just you and me, big boy.

The ALPHA WOLF howls, and charges GENTIAN with amazing speed, knocking him over as he was working to reload. By this time, the battle is wrapping up, the HUNTERS proving to be rather efficient at dealing with what can only be described as an army of GRIMM. Seeing that some reinforcements arriving to the town, GENTIAN pulls himself up, pointing his blade at the ALPHA WOLF.
GENTIAN (calling back):
Hey, stay back! This one is mine!

The ALPHA WOLF, on the other hand, has other plans. He turns his back to GENTIAN, and leaped to the roof of the longhouse, leaving his former opponent behind.
GENTIAN:
Get back here!
Get back here!
GENTIAN stretches, and runs straight to the longhouse and leaped into the air. Suddenly, a huge gush of wind appearez under him, propelling GENTIAN to the roof of the longhouse, where the ALPHA WOLF is milling about, seeming to be calculating an escape plan.
GENTIAN:
I’m sorry, were you going somewhere?

The ALPHA WOLF turns, snarling at the robe-clad man. In response, GENTIAN raises his scimitar, preparing to strike, as the ALPHA WOLF charges at him. He swings, aiming a shotgun-propelled slash at the beast’s head. The ALPHA WOLF raises a hand to block, but instead of having the sword cut the beast’s hand clean off, it is simply stopped, as if meeting a shield.
GENTIAN:
Wha-?
Wha-?
The ALPHA WOLF growls, swinging his arm, throwing GENTIAN to the other end of the roof. The HUNTER kneels, transforming his sword back into a shotgun, and fires shell after shell. The ALPHA reels, rising its hands to protect its face, but the onslaught proves deadly, as one of the beast’s legs is shot, causing it to collapse, but GENTIAN does not relent, and continues firing until his gun is empty. He stands up, switching his weapon back into a scimitar.
GENTIAN:
Now then, let’s end this shall we?</i>
However, the beast isn’t done yet, as the ALPHA WOLF rises for round two. He roars defiantly, jumping on top of GENTIAN, pinning the GUARDIAN to the ground. Though he fights hard, the beast proves to be too heavy for GENTIAN, and the ALPHA WOLF prepares to bite down on GENTIAN’s head. However, just as the beast opens its jaws, a huge blast of wind, knocking the ALPHA WOLF down onto the street, where a sizable number of HUNTERs have returned, all of which aimed there weapons at the ALPHA WOLF. GENTIAN struggles to his feet on the roof, and glances down at the street. Outside, the battle has wrapped up, with only the town’s commanders remaining. The ALPHA WOLF glances around, noticing that it is cornered, and makes a mad dash towards one of the HUNTERs, leaping straight over them, and sprints into the woods, licking its wounds.
One of the HUNTERs looks up at GENTIAN.

Well, I've been goofing around with this for a while, and I think it's about time to release a trailer for my RWBY OC team! This here is part one (of four, obviously). Now, I know a few people are scratching their heads as to why Everest isn't in this, and honestly, he was never going to be a lead in my planned fanfiction. Crazy, right? Anyway, I formated this in the style of 
's trailers for his RWBY team, and was used with permission.
Oh, and for anyone who's wondering, GSHZ is short for Giessorhiza, a type of flower found in South Africa. Bit of a mouthful, isn't it?

Wow, well, sorry I didn't see this before. Although, in my defense, I hadn't actually watched RWBY until about five days ago. I've still only watched season one, but I'm seriously interested in the show and where it goes. (I'll see what I can do for season two, so far, within the next couple of days.)
As for the above, I think it looks pretty badass! I normally don't like movie-script form, but I think it works for RWBY, especially since this is supposed to be a "trailer". I think the descriptions were well-done, evoking vivid imagery without being clunky or overbearing. This new guy is looking pretty interesting, as well: sure of himself and itching for a fight, but aware of the danger and knows what he's doing. I also like how he isn't a kid; that's real nice, too.
Is this taking place in Arcadia?
